I need help on how to make the installation work, every time I try to install the backup game installer, it always get the error message of file could not be located in the installer's folder even though the bin file is in the same folder with the exe file.

I tried renaming the files to make it shorter but still no avail

Need guides on fixing this

What you need to do now depends on what operating system you're using and which version. Are you using Windows, a Mac or some kind of Linux, and which version of that system are you using? Once you've told us that, somebody here should be able to give you accurate instructions.
