Does anyone know who is the voice of Zaar in S:HK? He sounds SO familiar but I can't place the name! Thanks :)

The voice actor for Zaar is Angus King whom, as far as I'm aware, didn't do any major work.

Thank you for this - I had tried a Google search but came up with nothing. There are a couple of things that he's done that I have seen/heard so I guess that's why he sounded familiar. Once again, thanks :)
