Can anyone tell me the full plot of this game?
I would like to know if the main character is good or bad alignment, if you can do good choiches instead of bad ones...something like this

You don't really want to know the full plot. Wanting to know what happens next makes you want to continue and Heretic Kingdoms does a very good job, IMO, of opening up the story as you progress.

The main character is either good or bad depending on what you consider 'good' or 'bad' although you are led toward the final choice that's "right" from the beginning of the game. Who is she? What is her back story? How should it influence the relatively few choices you get to make that matter?

The game warns you that actions can have consequences but I can only recall two where your action branded you 'in game' as good or bad. Your response to one character made it clear which way you leaned if you got to make it, but getting the chance to make that response at all depended on when you accepted the side quest. That bummed me out since I didn't want to kill the guy but I had advanced to a point where I couldn't avoid it. The only way to avoid it was to go back to a previous saved game and do the quest earlier. (A good reason to save at regular intervals.)

The game is linear (not a bad thing in my opinion) and I wish there had been a fourth choice at the end just for completion, though I was happy enough with the logic of the one I made. You can replay the end and change your decision if you want.

It's a good game. I think you'll like it. Hope so.

Edit: Now that I think about it, there are places where you can make the choice not to complete a quest as you said you would - in the Ishkai caves, for instance, or earlier in Arathen when you tell the mayor you'll bring him some herbs - and may miss advancement points as a result as well as going back on your word. I should really replay it, make lousy choices, and find out how badly it affects my/her reputation. <g>

If you want play lore wise the canon ending for next game, Shadows: Heretic Kingdoms is by destroying Godslayer Sword and end sequence clearly shows personality of heroine. She's someone who followed orders through her whole life and little by little she start to decide and think for herself as game progresses further to the end. In final no one is able to command her and Alita (default name for your female mage) is her own master not other people.

We really need a way to hide Spoilers here but...

If she chooses to destroy the Godslayer, she follows the path laid down for her by her master, Valkarin. The experience of her early life almost demands she do that, whether she's "her own master" or not. She's freethinking in everything else but not religion. And no wonder.

At that point it's no longer Valkarin will but her having enough of conflict and corruption for lone artifact of already dead era. Before it was task of master, now after all bad stuff happened that was choice of peace and freedom if by freedom you can consider Inquisition xd.

Similar theme to Godslayer Sword is in Divine Divinity where Sword of Lies served as tool of corruption and caused war between people.

Of course for the game itself other endings are good as well, the only problem in them is pre-determined personality like you played whole game as certain character through your choices yet in chosen ending heroine suddenly act different no matter what decisions you made before.
