I am trying to run the game on a laptop (Win11 x64 with an integrated AMD video card).
When I launch the game in fullscreen I get the zoomed-in portion of the screen and that's it.

When I try to launch the game in windowed mode, it's only "playable" in 1024x768 or 1280x1024 (but the windows are too small for me to see without straining my eyes).

If I try to play in windowed mode in 1600x1200, it seems that both the cursor in the game and the system's cursor are not aligned. I can't properly select anything in the menu and click on it.

The game already launches in Win7 compatibility mode and I can't change that (the option is greyed out).

Is there any way to solve this issue? Thanks in advance to whoever can help me with that.

This subforum is dedicated to the whole Heretic Kingdom series of games, but I suppose you are referring to Heretic Kingdoms: The Inquisition.

If the game doesn't fill the whole screen when launched in fullscreen mode, then the problem is probably caused by your video card driver configuration: you may want to enable and configure GPU scaling.

You're correct. I'll try it out, thank you.

Update: No luck so far. It either crashes on launch or that issue with not being able to properly use the cursor appears again.
