"Hello,
I'm sorry for the late reply. We're currently overwhelmed with work.
I've just checked the game. Made a fresh installation of it and played it for half an hour. During that time I did not encountered any issues with music not looping. Please provide more details about your issue, especially if by chance, the problem with music loop not working is present only in certain circumstances.

Maybe you could show him this thread here in which it is confirmed by several people that looping does not work. If he really is unable to reproduce this bug he probably should let him help from some guys who know how to test!
Btw: I just tested your way. Selected new game, pressed f9 (with and without quicksave available) and the music did not stop at all. ALso pressed ESC and chose to start a new game - music did not stop. No fix installed. I was able to reproduce the bug only when entering a loading screen when music played only. I'd suggest you to make a savegame prior to entering the loading screen, sent this to support and tell them that they should start a game, load the save, wait for the music to play, enter the door and then they simply have to wait.
Here is a savefile right before the first loading screen
