Which Publisher have copyright of Hexen, Bethesda or Activision. Each Data Bank says that Activision have Trademark and Copyright. But Behesda sells Hexen in Bethesda Shop.

Cant get any Information about that.
Activision has development rights and id ( = Bethesda = Microsoft) has publishing rights. In other words, the series is in a corporate stalemate. Furthermore, there seem to be additional, unspecified legal issues with games developed by Raven after it had been bought by Activision (Hexen 2 - Portal of Praevus, Heretic 2 and unrelated Wolfenstein 2009).
MS just purchased Activision, and my biggest wish is that they sort out the mess that is Raven Software's old library, and make Portal of Praevus, Heretic 2, and Wolfenstein 2009 available again.
Wolfenstein 2009 is a gfwl game, so first we need a patch to remove that

Also there is Enemy Territory Quake Wars

I think that will never happen

I have the DVD version of Wolfenstein 2009 and it doesn't require GFWL. Games for Windows, without the Live, is simply a marketing gimmick.
