Lost saves, inability to play completely Offline...

Had about 2 hours of gameplay just disappear due to lack of actual save features, despite using the rifts MULTIPLE times.

SOLUTION: Blocked all TCP/UDP in and out for the Hellpoint application.

Now I just play offline only and am having a blast.

Honestly, how is this a final product?

The lack of effort from the developer to TEST their product is shameful.

I get that a few bugs might make it through, can't test all gear permutations, combos, etc...

These are CORE functions.

Fix your game.
They are more busy solving problems on steam especially and are moving away from other platforms. For me it was a refund and a studio to avoid.
