The game looks great but stutters approx. every 2 seconds from the very beginning.
It doesn't look much like a performance issue but more some kind of bug: in the "titles" scene, whenever the small stutters occur, the fur and the items on the belt of the main character makes some weird movement, like a small"jump", as if the stutter had some impact on the game's physics.

I've tried to change/lower some graphical settings, run in both fullscreen and windowed fullscreen, toggled vsynch on and off: no difference.

Looks pretty strange, has anybody else experienced it?

Running on Win7 pro x64, GTX970 @ 1920*1200 (latest nvidia drivers), I7 7700K, 16Gb Ram, game and system installed on SSD.

I guess you're not talking about the effects imitating wind and general movement on liquids like in this case a boat on the see/lake/river(?).

Started a new game and looked for anything unusual in that scene but found nothing.

Thanks a lot for the reply, but unfortunately not... it's quite evident even when rotating the camera continuously around the character: the stutter occurs approx every 2 seconds, but constantly and... well, it's annoying while playing. Guess I'll have to wait and see if someone else has the same issue and in case wait for a patch. In the meanwhile I'll try experimenting with different settings.
Something like this?

Now that is some high class stuttering.

Yes, exactly like at 6:04 - 6:05 in this video, but it does that continually, every 2 seconds or so.

I suspect it has something to do with the drivers: the latest beta version 385.12 crashes the game before the main menu. I'll try with some different version and see what the result is.
