Can not change language, not in GOG and not in game, full downloaded,

Whats going on with this shit? Can not belive this game on GOG makes so much problems.

thx, i have changed the language already, but my next problem is i can not change resolution? my desktop is 2560x1140 60hz and the game us only 1920x1080 , when i confirm 2560x1440 it dont save.
