Hi, I just bought a XBOX360 wired controller and decided to try Hellblade with it. But the game didn`t detect the controller. Tested the joypad with some other games like AC4, Mad Max etc. and there aren`t any problems. Any suggestions what to do? Thank you in advance! I have the same problem also with Jotun...

The only controller I've tried with this game is a wireless xbox 360 gamepad, and it works quite well. I hope you get your controller issues sorted out. Take care.

Are you running the game directly from GOG, or maybe as a non-Steam game via Steam?

If it's the latter, I had the same problem; you need to go into Big Picture mode, go into Controller Configuration, and apply the Gamepad configuration.

Has anyone else had a problem where both movement and camera control are bound to the left stick? Every time I walk forward, the camera points at the ground.

I never did, but now that someone else has the same problem, I know it isn't something with my setup.

I use steam big picture with the 360 controller. If i turn off steam i don´t have problems with the camera. Still don´t know why.

Great advice. In BigPicture the controller is working now. Thank you. I tried so much others but never i would try it in BP without your post.
