When I try to complete the part that says "click on trade in world market" it just goes to the screen and doesn't advance the tutorial. Is this an actual problem or random bug?

Also, the game crashed when I tried to do it before but I haven't encountered it again. Is this an issue?

Recently I bought the original HOI 1 (I mean, CD-ROM version) and I had the same problem. So, I fear that there is no way to resolve this error.
