I'm playing as Japan, it's April '42, and Germany isn't starting a war in Europe. I hate to war against Siam - I love Siam. I could pick a fight with Netherlands (they aren't in the allies because there hasn't been a war). But many of their VPs are in Europe.

Should I pick a fight with the Allies?

So I attacked French holdings in Asia, then UK when they instantly joined the war. A few months later the USSR declared war against me. Germany and Italy are sitting there completely useless. There are no diplomacy options where I can request their help. I'm doing fine against the far-east forces of UK and France. But more and worse is on the way. Netherlands stayed neutral, bless their hearts.
