Where can I buy version 1.1.3?
I need the game for my linux 32 bit.

Although version 1.2.0 claims to be 64-bit only, that applies only to the bundled version of Java. You should be able to run it (and later versions) perfectly well using any 32-bit Java Runtime Environment.

I use MX-15 Debian Jessie 32bit with OpenJDK 8.
I can not start Hearthlands 1.3.

Looks like Hearthlands (or more likely the start.sh script) is doing something that OpenJDK doesn't like. Check the script to make sure that it is properly setting up the environment before starting Hearthlands (OpenJDK may have different settings from Oracle's JRE).

Alternatively, try installing the JRE for Linux instead and ensure that the startup script places the JRE libraries above the JDK ones.

It does not get better. It does not work.
I know other applications that work with OpenJDK 8 installed on my system.
It would be better if the game included the required Java files.
