Is the nudity patch already included or is it missing from this version?

Doesn't seem to be included (the game isn't marked as 18+ because it doesn't bring up the confirmation page when you enter it) or available (there's no Patch / DLC listed on the gogdb site either)
ETA - There's reports in the release thread that it is built in but in that case .... it lacking the 18+ tag is what you'd call a whoopsy.

Yes it is included in the GOG version by default, no need to download anything extra.
