Okay, this is a very simple and silly question but how do you reload the weapons? I've got a shotgun and nailgun in my inventory as well as shotgun shells and nails. Presumably, these work in conjunction with the weapons!

The weapon and associated ammo do not combine in the inventory menu. The weapons also do not auto reload after running out of bullets. So, how does it work?

PS: The passwords don't seem to work either. I'm at the tail end of the game with no health items (one hit away from death) and a need to reload weapons so it would have been great if I could get either option to function. :P

Are you sure you have ammo for the weapon you want to use? I think it auto-loads.
If you can't pass some enemy - type BRUCE. Poof, you can no longer be killed :)

I like to type "murderer" and get full ammo.

LOL I too have shotgun and shotgun shells as well and nailgun and nails in my inventory and can reload neither of them. I hereby consider me authorized to use fucking cheats. Man.

Had the exact same problem. Ic ouldn't reload shotgun and nailgun, although I had ammunition in my inventory.
I ultimately had to use cheats, beecause some enemies (the fast firing ones) are unreachable with melee weapons.

How the HELL do you even EQUIP weapons? I can't figure it out for the life of me

I had to cheat to get past the combat parts in the final half of the game I rant about it in my let's play
