Hi all, I can't get past day 6, I read a walkthough of what I need to do next and it says talk to Mum, then watch the scene were she pops her babes eyes back in (gross!) then she should say somethings wrong with Stephanie but she doesn't. please help.

This is right after the "diner incident", right? What else have you done that day? I don't know exactly what is needed to trigger the scene in question, but a few things to try might be:
-Visit the TV station and talk to Range Ryder.
-Visit the diner and see the the cutscene inside.
-Visit Stephanie and talk to her about the diner.
