Oh and a side topic we can talk about, is which is the best soundtrack to a western theme game. For me it is 1. Red Dead Redemption. 2. Outlaws (lucars arts). 3. Hard West :)

I haven't played Red Dead Redemption but I've heard great things about its soundtrack. So among the ones that I did play
1. Call of Juarez Gunslinger 2. Hard West 3. Westerado

There's a real dearth of western games though. :(

But yeah, I wish there is a lot more western games out there, as the theme has not been touch on (or exploited) like ww2 theme games and high fantasy theme games. We are going to get a red dead redemption 2, but that is coming out when years from now rock star games is done developing the game. So sadly for now, we have only rock star and indie developers that once in a while makes a western game for us to play. I also have the same sentiment for pirate theme and space sim theme games as well (at least we are getting star citizen for space sims).

Until then there's Rebel Galaxy for both pirate theme and space sim one as well. It's actually pretty good if you haven't played it yet I recommend it. My only problem is that character interactions lack depth.
