I had 46% in Graveyard Shift, after upgrading I could no longer "Load Last Checkpoint". at least the other chapters still have 100%... :/

This is in the sticky. Unfortunately, upgrading will lose progress on the most recent scenario.

Thanks I found it now. Previously I read the changelog carefully, but only quickly skimmed the sticky...

For the future, at least a more prominent *BEWARE* note somewhere/everywhere would be nice.
