Anyone know how to either a.) reset the controls to the defaults b.) assign the mousewheelup and mousewheeldown?

Basically, I wanted to invert the zoom but in doing so, realized the settings won't let you swap them because mousewheel just scrolls the list of controls and can't be assigned (bug in my opinion).
