PROBLEM
I just downloaded the file "patch_hard_west_3_4" for the Mac, but it fails to install.

IN DETAIL
I double-click the .pkg file and follow the steps.
Enter my computer's password when required.
Starts unpacking and installing the files.
Fails and gives a notification (included as an attachment).

TROUBLESHOOTING
Tried a few times with the downloaded file.
Re-downloaded and tried again.
All attempts resulted in failure.
