Do I have to give up or is there any trick (or even cheat?).
The balancing on this one seems to be really bad in single player.
I have progressed quite well, found most stuff, been to the fifths bonus stage, etc... but don't even stand a remote chance against Sha'Rand in his second stage.
He is shooting stuff at me, spawns minions that are shooting even more stuff at me and I'm just a fast melee character.
Depending on the throwing knifes doesn't work because not enough damage dealt and no time to regenerate mana since he is regenerating health and spawning shooters all the time.
Just dying and fighting on would be an option since I have 20 lifes left but he COMPLETELY REGENARATES when I die and run back to him - thereby preventing any progress.

In multiplayer it seems as though he doesn't do this extreme regeneration spell when he is being attacked by a co-op player but how am I supposed to beat him in single player mode (medium difficulty) with the thief?

I'd be glad about any help.

Edit: Nevermind, found a glitch that made it possible for me to beat him.
The boss is just quite badly balanced in singleplayer mode.
