I know there is an editor, I tinkered around with it a bit. Unfortunately, its not very user friendly, or very intuitive. The end result being, there dont seem to be a lot of user made levels being put out.

Id love to be able to play more, but the same levels get kind of old, and lose their "pizzaz" once you have already figured out the secrets, puzzles, and layout.

Great game none the less.

And yes, Id easily pay for a content DLC that added a good amount of additional campaign level content.
@Gadzooks

Allow me to direct your attention to this post by the developers on their website:

http://hammerwatch.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=b9nkt153s34tqt4iqkbp7jms11&topic=1666.0

You'll notice that they talk about adding future classes to the game (priest and thief, who, at the time that I bought the game, had not yet been implemented, but are in the game right now), along with implemented fixes for the original campaign levels (the campaign is currently version 1.2, but it was 1.0 when I got it), and mentions of other features that are now in the game. However, you'll also find mention of adding a second campaign, taking place in a "desert location", with new bosses and sub-bosses, which hasn't yet been implemented. So, I wouldn't give up hope just yet, because it does appear to be in their plans for the "distant future" of the game.

I'm certain that it takes a while for a whole campaign to be put together, so make sure to check out what has been added if you see that the game has updated on your shelf in the future. :)

I hope that helps!

Version 1.3 of Hammerwatch adds a Temple of the Sun campaign so re-download the installer and enjoy the new content free of charge :)
I'd be more than willing to pay for additional campaigns, and maybe another melee class, an axe-wielding barbarian or something like that; the free campaign was a nice gesture indeed but I guess if we expect the developers to keep churning out new stuff, we should pay them for that.

Does anyone know if the developers are still working on new content?
