Where can one find mods for this game? I was reading on the release thread something about Steamworks and not sure how it would work with GOG?

As far as I can tell, there are no mods as of yet since the modding tools were just released. Here's the official post about it from the devs. I would imagine the mod tools are included in the GOG release, but that would need to be confirmed.
