The only two options available are "Text language" and "Cards' audio language". It seems that whatever language you set won't change the voices/cinematics, which are always heard in English.

Don't get me wrong, I think they did a great job with English, loving it so far... But I've been enjoying Polish voice acting since Witcher 1, it was great in Thronebreaker too and I never expected they would drop it here.
