So i played through this game for the first time it's pretty nice,but it sadly crashes right after the end game cutscene where you hold the blond girl by hand and go down the stairs in town then the screen goes up and gets dark after that this happens that is posted in the screenshot.I think the gurumin logo should have appeared next or the end.
Any solutions? Like changing some options would help?
If i could skip the video i wouldn't have this problem.

Could it be the fault of my graphic card which is only 9200 ati radeon 128mb agp.But the whole game runs fine.

Also new problem occured when i used patch 1.4 the game doesn't launch anymore,it just crashes think i've tried everything in the support section also now i have 2 exe one is gurumin and other is game and when i press it it doesn't even show the launch screen as before with start game and other options.

My pc specs:
Amd athlon 3000+ xp (2167mhz)
windows xp service pack 3
2gb ram
ati radeon 9200 se 128mb agp

Also there was some error written in temp files which i saved it would that be of any use?

I have the same issue, the cut-scene with Parin and the other girl fades to black, the music continues for a few seconds
and then the game crashes.

It may be worth noting that the latest patch didn't go smoothly, it changed the location the game checked for save-files so I had to manually copy them from the old folder to the new one. Maybe that wasn't the only problem brought by the patch.

Edit: I reinstalled an unpatched version of the game, the issue remains unchanged.

I am having the exact same problem. The game crashes when the screen fades to black right after both girls are seen walking together in the credits. Judging by videos on youtube it crashes at the moment the black & white Gurumin logo should appear.

This makes it impossible to get game clear data.

And what version of the game?

Game version is 1.4

Facing the same issue on Windows 8. And as far as I know after the game ends it unlocks a New Game + sort of thing so I f***ing want to complete it propperly.

Have you tried turning off the "Play Video" option when launching the game?

I ticked the skip video option and made no difference.

I am not shure now since i unistalled the game some time ago,but i think i tried every option and it didn't work.
I am pretty shure i used skip video and you can't skip the video until you beaten the game at least once to the end,which is impossible if it crashes at end when the logo should have showed up.

Oh and like i said i can't run the game now at all since the patch 1.4,don't know why but it just crashes when i open the exe of gurumin no option menu shows up.

I am actually having this same issue. Here are my specs:

Intel i5 4670 (no k) with Integrated Graphics
Debian sid (running under a chroot in gentoo host)
Linux kernel 4.0.0-gentoo
Wine 1.7.55

I am running it on an AMD integrated graphics chipset. Is anyone else experiencing this using integrated graphics? Because if that is the case that could be the cause.

Don't think it's the integrated graphics fault here,but integrated graphics are not advised for this game i think at least what i read in the manual.And also my graphic isn't integrated, so don't go assuming something yet.
Anyway all of you probably have the up to date direct x 9.0c right? I have but my graphic card only is a direct x 8.1 compatible card,oh and i ask if someone can tell us if they managed to beat this game and see the logo without crashing at the end?
I am asking this for people who don't have such an issue and it's only meant for gog version of this game.

I have direct x fully updated. In fact I have direct x 10 and 11 as far as I remember. So it might not be that. We must keep on thinking about possible causes until we find the common cause.

Someone who is encountering this problem on Windows should send a support ticket.
