I am on a QWERTZ keyboard and I can't find any way to tell the helo to increase collective, so I'm stuck on the ground.
= is a Shift+0 under regular conditions on my keyboard. On QWERTY keyboards the = is left of the backspace, which is he ´ for me. Tried all of these. No success.
