Hello everyone.

I just bought and installed Guacamelee! 2 but the game refuses to load correctly. When I launch the game, everything goes fine, until I start to load something.

When I start a new game, the game runs smoothly until I gotta go to "Los Manglares" (first quest), at this point, the loading screen won't go away, although i can clearly hear that my characters correctly responds to the buttons i press on my controller.

This leaves me no other choice that to shut the game down. But when I want to load my autosave, the game crashes back to the desktop, unable to load "Los Mangares".

What can I do ?

Could you include your system specs? I want to make sure you meet the minimum requirements of the game.

I run the game on a Windows 10 64 bits OS
CPU : i8550
GPU : Radeon 530
RAM : 8Go.

But as I said the game run just fine when I start a new campaign, it just won't load the first mission.

If it's of any help, I tried to modify every graphic settings ingame to see if it changed anything, but no, it doesn't. Full Screen or not, anti alliasing or not, low performances or high, it always crashes at the loading screen.

The problem could be vram. I can't tell from these specs. Could send us a system.log? Should be in your "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp" directory
