I'm trying to play GC2, and while the game itself runs pretty much flawlessly, the mouse has some really irritating issues. It acts in a sort of laggy manner, but irregularly. If I move it quickly, it's alright, but moving slowly it will jitter and freeze, making precision selection and even navigating the menus nigh impossible. I've tried adjusting the mouse settings, sensitivity, reduce lag, all to no avail. Tried turning VSync on and off, no difference.

Specs: Core i7 etc.
Windows 7 Pro, x64
2x GTX 260 in SLI
Dual Monitor (I've tried single monitor, no dice)
Logitech G9x mouse

EDIT: FIXED IT. For those who have this issue, it's a problem with Logitech SetPoint. Under "Pointer Movement Settings," uncheck "Use OS native drivers for pointer speed and acceleration."

Solved my issue.

I also had some serious mouse problems with a G500. My mouse would move strangely verticly or horizontally, but diagonols weren't going to happen. Unchecking "Use OS native drivers for pointer speed and acceleration." as the topic opener suggested worked for me as well.
