It seems all instances of the online manual have been removed, as has the wiki. Is there anything available anywhere?

The person maintaining the Wiki didn't keep it up but the contents are here

Golden Era website appears down atm for the manual, but I thought it was in mixed with GoG (I don't have it installed at the moment)

Thanks so much! I haven't played since well before the manual was released, and find it difficult to get started without any info about classes, races, etc. Cheers!
