Hi there!

I tried to Install Grim Fandango, and it says that the File MoviesHD\ffmpeg2theora-0.29.exe.download contains a Trojan TR/Crypt.ULPM.Gen .

Could you please check that?

Try reporting this to the support, but they're likely very busy now, with the sale going on, so you might have to wait a few days:

It's likely a false positive, though; I think I've seen such files being flagged for no reason. Some AVs are just paranoid. Mine didn't object to the game, and it installs and runs fine.
I sent the File to Avira to check for false positive. Will post the answer here :)

I did the same thing yesterday. I got back a 'False Positive' from them this morning.

I did not get an Answer yet. But if you got one, I think it will be fixed with the next update :-)
Got the same virusalert today...

Any news?
This is most likely a false positive if the files have been downloaded here. They can of course have been corrupted (causing a false positive) or (if they were downloaded through the website under an insecure connection) have been modified maliciously by someone. If you already have a virus that virus can have infected the file but that seems unlikely as the anti-virus should detect more than one virus. You could try to upload the file to virustotal.com to scan the file with multiple anti-virus programs, which can give an indication of whether the file is malicious or not.
