I'm trying to get rid of Nick, but no matter what I do, I don't get the option to threaten to tell Max about him and Olivia. I've been to the Blue Casket already, so I've seen the two of them kissing, and I've spent all the other conversation options with both Olivia and Nick.
Also, for whatever reason, I can't skip dialogue with Nick either.
