Hello,
In The Flooded Passage there is locked passage. I need a Dynamite. Where to find it?

You won't find any dynamite in the Flooded Passage. You will find it much later in the main quest line (and even have some crafted for you at a particular vendor), and then you may choose to return to the Flooded Passage to find out what lies behind the blockage.

Keep going forward, and occasionally circle back. The game has several instances of this mechanic.

Minor additional point: there are at least two more demolition points north of Devil's Crossing. One's a bridge, the other is a landslide surprisingly close to the town (one path to it is very easy to miss, the other goes through a house's back door that is blocked by a destructible but not targetable shelf).
