It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

As topic name. Upon execution of the ashes of malmouth installer it says: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program".

I tried re-downloading the 1.0.3.1 installer twice, restarting the browser + clearing cache every time
to no effect(still says the same).
Same here.
Same her but via GOG Galaxy it is working.
Has anyone contacted support about this? Or do they read these forums?

edit: I went ahead and submitted a support request about this, but it'll probably be next week before they get to this.

Hey guys,

We've reuploaded the installers and they should be working properly now. Apologies for the inconvenience and thanks for bringing this up :).

That's some fast service! Thanks.
Hi guys!

I let the GoG galaxy app update my installation to 1.0.3.1, and I still can't launch the game. I hit the play button, it tries to launch the game, then nothing happens. I had this problem with 1.0.3.0 too, and the solution was to force the installation to 1.0.2.1. Any help guys?
After some research, I sorted it out. Now working properly.

Just out of curiosity, what was the solution?
It appears my video card driver was not up to date. After like 3 hours of searching and mingling with things, driver update was the solution.
