Hope this is the right place to ask this. This is a Grim Dawn modding question.

I'm trying to mod the Inventory size in the Assets Manager, but it isn't working out as desired. I'm trying to make it larger as its present size fills up too quickly. Or it dos wiht the amount of garbage I pick up. I hope the attached picture shows the problem.

What I did was increased the Inventory size from 384 to 384000. From the picture, something has gone somewhat wrong.

I could mod this in the Database to a degree. In the completed mod the Resources folder is empty. How do you include the resources files in your completed mod, please?

Another problem might be I have mods installed from before I unpacked the working files for the Assets Manager. After I did this, the installed mods didn't work properly. Should these be uninstalled? Also, the inventory problem extends to the Main Game, not just the User Games.

Might be a good idea to ask this over on the GD forum in the Modding Discussion section to see if anyone there can shed some light on solving it.

Thanks Medea. I'll let you know how I go.
Game variables simply don't support such big inventory and you get an overflow.
Use GDstash for offline storage instead.

Thanks Gremlion. Still working on this and no doubt will have to start again.

Might ahve known I'd entered too large a variable.

Like I say, this is a Work In Progress.

In regards to GD Stash, this worked once, but I started using Link Shell Extension so as to import Main Characters into the User flder for use in Custom games. GD Stash no longer works. So I either uninstall Link Shell Extension or some way of using the pair together.

I would like to see the answer for this question. Plus, I would like to know if there is a GD Mod Manual for GOG vs Steam? The instruction manual is vague on setting the Working directory and Exporting assets, resources, database files. Can we get some enlightenment here?
