I've just started the game, base version with currently no DLC:
then noticed that there are two versions 32 and 64 bit.
Do I need ot make a launch exception or conflict resolve to use the 64 bit version

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Via Galaxy GOG launches the x64 version by default. You can check that by going in to the game and looking at the version number in the bottom righthand side of the character screen. It should say v1.1.4.2 (x64).

Otherwise this might help

"I use the steam version and I simply right click my grim dawn in steam library and then go to properties, in the general tab is set launch options, in there is where i put /x64.

Not sure if your using GoG version or not but there is also a x64 folder in the grim dawn install folder which has exe to run x64 (make shortcut)"
when I come to choose the shortcut form the windows start menu it's always marked as Grim Dawn 32 bit.

Thank you for the reply, I'll try those methods you've mentioned, and again

Thank you for replying and Happy Gaming
I just made a desktop shortcut to the .exe in the x64 folder, but in my start menu I have two options; Grim Dawn (the 64-bit exe) and Grim Dawn 32-bit.
