I already own Grin Dawn and the DLC, can I purchase it again and gift it to someone (including serial number upon purchase)

GOG know that you still own this game. So you have only the choice to gift your purchase.
On the payment-page is an input-field for an Email-Address to whom you may send the redeem-code(s).
