My game dont want to start and no responding, i see see only black srceen after launching.

I had the same basic issue and checked what folder the desktop icon was in. In my case it was in the wrong location. I then found the Grim Dawn folder under games,galaxyclients,games and found the Grim Dawn application icon (it is a green tone "GD") sent that to desktop and launched via that. Everything worked fine.

I have seen GOG install the game but not select the correct icon a few times before.

I think what happens is as you download it stroes the data in a temp folder and then it moves it to the corrent game folder . Once in awhile for some reason it does not move the GOG app shortcut though or maybe duplicates the shortcut but uses the incorrect path. Usually a short cut will work even if it is a diffrent folder so long as the path is leading to the correct file location.

With both GOG and Steam games I often make a direct shortcut via the games launhcer(vs the path icon used by both Steam and GOG).
