My friend is seeing enemies are different health amounts while we fight. He was complaining that things weren't dying at 0 hp and it took me a bit to figure out that the things he see at 0, are still half alive(or some other random amount) on my screen.

Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? First thought would be lag but that just...how could we be lagging in co-op. Firewall and antivirus exceptions are done, running in admin, etc. etc. There shouldn't be any connection issues.
