Hi,
there seems to be a problem with the offline installers for the DLC's. I have both files for "Ashes of Malmouth", the "Loyalist" DLC (64bit and 32 Bit) and "the Crucible" twice in my list. So there are 4 "Ashes" files, 4 for "Loyalists" and 2 for "Crucible". So there is two of every file. And yes i checked, they are exactly the same size and name.

Maybe someone from GOG could fix that?

Hi TwinsS4ever.

The offline installers are split in parts, for every download. That means in order to install, for example, Ashes of Malmouth, you need all four (4) files in which the installer is split up. If you download only one (1) of the four, then you have only one fourth (1/4) of the content/data required for installation, and thus Ashes of Malmouth will not be installed and available to play. You need to download all of the files (Part 1-Part 2-Part 3- Part 4) in a specific folder, then run the installer inside the folder and follow the process.

Cheers.

Edit; It seems I made a mistake. Those links seem to be duplicate.

Best to contact support, same here for me. Maybe they forgot to seperate 32bit and 64bit version.

This is not the problem here, as you only need two of them instead of all four and 1 and 3 and 2 and 4 are even named the same, although for Crucible filesize is slightly different.

I usually use Galaxy to install files, so didnt come to see this behaviour before :)

I previously downloaded an earlier version and I never had 64Bit versions for "Ashes" or Crucible, only the main game and the "Loyalist" DLC's. Well I will concact support and get it fixed.

Edit:

I contacted support and gave them the link to this thread.

They seem to have fixed it, except the Loyalist Item Pack, which still fails to download via Galaxy. The 64 bit version has been downloaded in the end, but the 32 bit version is missing,

Yes, there are still four files for the "Loyalists Item Pack", two for 32bit and two for 64bit. Lets hope they will fix it soon.

Edit : its fixed now.

I'm marking your answer as the solution, so the question is solved . ^^
I wonder how they duplicated the download links in the first place.

The Grim Dawn folder contains both the 32-bit and the 64-bit .exes and there were never two different versions available. The reason for the duplicate links must be someone was lost in the instructions the (U.S.A.) developers provided, when trying to translate them in Polish (GOG.com staff), when they added the 64-bit launcher in a patch.
A bit embarrassing, since they forgot to remove the duplicate link for the Loyalist Pack, even after you notified them of the mistake and instead renamed it to 32-bit. At least I suspect it's a language barrier.

:P

Still, it doesn't make sense. Both 32-bit and 64-bit should be in one installer.
:)
