I was wondering if I have the main game in Steam can I get the DLC through GOG?

Hi larbado.
No, unfortunately not. If you own the main game on Steam, only the Steam bought DLC will be compatible with it. The respective would apply if you owned the main game on GOG.com.
In case you are interested in multiplayer, Grim Dawn offers cross-play between GOG.com and Steam owners, provided both GOG.com and Steam versions use the latest patch.
Patches are released slightly later on GOG.com, at most with a 24 hour delay, so at the time intervening their application, GOG.com and Steam owners will not be able to play together.
