This game is highly unstable, i have serious input lag , 10 - 15 fps and it keeps stuttering all the time. At this time its unplayble and i have yet to leave the starting area, it seems like a cool game, i wish i could explore it at equal terms :(

I am currently searching for online solutions where i can see that i am far from the only one with these troubles and they are nothing new. This game is NOT a finished product and the fact that they are selling DLC and expansion packs when the base game is not stable or even at a playable state is disgusting.

To all of you who run the game just fine, congrats, to all of us which it cannot, goddangit.

If the developers makes a fantastic hotfix or i can find that magic fix myself, then i will give this game a fair chance. As it is now i can only warn people that they "might" be able to play it.

I dont give a shit if its "a old engine" yadda yadda, then have a disclaimer before people buy this game.

Seems it's your system which is unstable; there are so many users of Grim Dawn, and very few complaint.
Check your drivers or other.

It runs extremely stable here, only thing it has problems are my Mahimic sound drivers, have to disable them before starting else I get very low framerate. Check if it has sound while playing, if not, it might be your sound drivers, too.

First off, clean your machine of extraneous junk and do not under any circumstances use free AV software like Avast, AVG or similar crap. They'll screw everything up.

Second, download and install a program called DriverEasy. I had massive performance and stability issues until I used that to update all the system device drivers (since it was the only thing that would actually find the up to date drivers for things like PCIe Root Hubs etc). No issues with slowness or game crashes after that.
