After the 1.1.0.0 update the NPC named as "Korry the Keeper", located in Devil's Crossing, does not offer the player the exclusive items, since the relevant dialogue options do not show up (for the owners of the Loyalist Upgrade).
If the items have already been claimed and are in the player's inventory or stash (before the 1.1.0.0 release), they are available for use, but can not be reclaimed if discarded. The exclusive cosmetic items already used, do remain applied on armor pieces, no matter the release version.
Update 1.1.0.1 does not address the issue.
