So I'm playing a Deathknight and when I got to Fort Harron there's no one there. The first time I had a bonty for Horvald Shieldbreaker, who appears outside the Fort and he showed up all alone. Now I've got the bounty for Sister Bravna, the Skybreaker, whose inside the Fort and it's empty! What can I do? No mods or anything.

Edit: I've tried both verifying the files and reinstalling the game and while other characters are unaffected, the problem remains for my DeathKnight.
