How can I download the 1.2 playtest on GOG? I saw Steam instructions in Crate's forum, but none for GOG. My game management tab on GOG shows betas as disabled, and I can't seem to find a way to enable it. i'm not sure what other way there is to do it.

You can't. It's only possible to playtest patches for the game on Steam.
