I purchased the Great Battles bundle, 6 days ago, during the summer sale, the Alexander game run properly,
However neither Caesar nor Hannibal will start, they don't even reach any splash screen or menu, they just return back to desktop without any explanations or error message.

I'm using Windows 8.1.

I tried to submit a ticket, but clicking on the game in my inventory then > Support > I can't find a solution to my problem > then clicking on the game, endlessly send back to the Support page.

Any help would be appreciated.
I saw you posted in another thread, so you already know you're not the only one having problems, at least with Caesar.

The support link for the games are indeed broken, but this is what you should use:

One thing you can try is going into the game directory and running the game exe directly (for example, caesar.exe) and see if you get similar results.

Actually I should have tried this myself, as I suggested this to someone a while ago for another game!

Hannibal seems to work, I haven't played a full game, but I do reach the game and can start to move units.

However It doesn't work for Caesar, it is a bit better than using the GOG launcher as I do reach the splash screen but the n the main window open with the menu but then everything and I have to kill the task with task manager.
