According to the store page the game is available for download and yet I can't download it. The only thing I have available is the soundtrack. Checked my order history to be sure I bought it:

Same problem here. All my friends are playing and I'm still waiting. :'(

I learned that clicking this helps: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh but it doesn't fix GOG Galaxy. Only the site where you can painfully slowly download the game.

Painfully slow? I can almost always download from GOG at around 100Mbps, but I guess sometimes it does slow down to under 100Mbps like here.

As an example for this game. Took me an hour to download off the website and sometimes a game this size can take even double that. However once GOG Galaxy was finally working took like less than 10 minutes to download from there.

Even if you use GOG Downloader?

I didn't use GOG Galaxy to download the game. Instead I downloaded Grand Ages - Medieval and installed it to: C:\GOG\GalaxyClient\Games\Grand Ages - Medieval (use whatever your default Galaxy installation path is).

Then I started Galaxy and it immediately recognized Grand Ages - Medieval and I could play the game thru Galaxy.
