[One of those again, but this time it seems rather legit, without adding unnecessary things like "alternative balancing". Just copy'n'pasting the thread's contents from the World of Gothic.]

Oh, no. It's another unofficial patch for Gothic II Night of the Raven and it's in English. How many are out there? Three, seven, ten? Hehe, not that much, but there were several attempts to "straighten up" the play of the good old Gothic II (and its addon, naturally). Most certainly some of you heard about the IronKeep Community Patch, for example.
Anyway, I used most of those patches over the years and came to conclusion that I can create another patch (what a joy!). That's why I compiled all fitting fixes (not that much) into one handy version and then came up with a heap of my own (and with some contributed ones). This project focuses mainly on fixing those pesky bugs that are still present in the Gothic II NotR/Gold v2.6/2.7 and the somewhat mangled state of translation of said version (it feels hasty in several places; especially the content in the expansion). It adds almost nothing in the terms of items, quests, characters and shit. It mostly alters letters, polishes stuff and makes you feel warm.
And that's a good thing, right?
