I am running both Gothic and Gothic2 GOG versions on Win7/64 with no problems at all with an ATI video card. I understand that there is a problem with Nvidia cards though but I don't know the latest on the fix. IIRC, there was a thread about a beta driver fix.

Both games are perfectly playable on Windows 7 (whether 32-bit or 64-bit), but note that if you have an Nvidia video card you will need to have updated your drivers to version 260.89 or newer. You can download the latest Nvidia drivers from this page.
