No DRM.
Why are you even on GOG if you ask such a question?
GOG.com also gives a 30 days money back guarantee. If you have technical difficulties and cannot get it to work then you can get your money back. This is very different from the policy at STEAM.

Also, you can take the off line installer with you and install on a computer even if GOG.com went away, this is unlike STEAM. If they ever close then you are out of luck and can no longer access the games you have.

With GOG.com you own the games(they can't take the game away).
With STEAM you license the games(they can remove the game at any time from you).

That is made very clear in the terms that no one reads.

Kerebron: No DRM.
Idc about drm I care about stuff like is this version less buggy, can it play on win10 out of the box, is this version somehow better gameplay wise than steams. This game is crazy bug filled on steam, is it the same here? stuff like this.
I've got all three installed in a windows 10 64bit professional. All three work without a hitch. Like I said, if they don't work on your computer then you have a 30 day money back guarantee.

Gog Version has 4gb patch, and less bugs for that, but any version you take you can fix, but i prefer GoG version as gothic 2 is an Old game, make it for the name!

I am sorry, but that is wrong. If you buy a game on both GOG or Steam, you only ever buy a license. If you actually bought the game so that you own it, you would have all rights to it (distribution, changes to the code, etc.). All software you will ever buy as a consumer will only be a license for said software.

There being no DRM does not impact that fact; it merely guarantees you that your license won't expire, unless you lose access to the installer.
