I have completed the Ulu-Mulu quest and I am having a problem.
It appears that the Ulu-Mulu is "auto-added" to your person and there is no way to look and see that you are actually wearing it.
I travel to the Orc Shaman (the one waiting in front of the Orc Bridge) and he does not say anything to me.
But in the past he said the Ulu-Mulu is what would get me into the Orc camp.
When I try the Orcs attack like normal and there is a fair share of them.
I have slowly killed them all (All Orc Warriors) thinking that might trigger the sequence I need, but nothing different happens.
I only leave the Orc Shamans alive, but when I try to talk to one of them the game goes wonky and I can no longer see my health, the Esc Key no longer works and I have to end up Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get out of the game.
I have even killed all the Shamans thinking that may trigger something, but it does not.
I know I need to pull the level by the gate but it will not work. I am figuring the Shamans need to do something first.
So, I am missing something? Am I going in the camp in a wrong direction or something else completely?
I am totally stuck, please any help would be wonderful as I really want to see the end of the game.

It took a little bit for me to realize this as well, but the Ulu-Mulu gets added to your inventory as a weapon. You need to equip it as a weapon and then the Orcs will not attack you.
As for the gate, there are 2 ways to get past it.
1) Find the Orc teleport scroll in the orc camp. It's in the cave next to the cave with the gate/shamans in it. If you exit the shaman cave, turn right, keep going along the wall you'll find it. The scroll will be in one of the containers there. Just cast the spell anywhere around there and you will be teleported inside the gate.
2) Get the idol from the top of the little shrine thingy the shamans are around. I couldn't find a way of climbing this, so the only way I found to do it was to use telekinesis. One problem, if you use ANY magic, the Orcs will automatically attack you. So if you do this method, good idea to kill the shamans off first. If you attack them from deeper in the cave where they are from you can usually kill them without attracting other Orcs. Once you have the idol in your inventory you can use the lever to open the gate, without it you can't enter.
If you've already killed all the orcs, that's fine, it doesn't hurt anything. Just grab the scroll and the idol (you'll actually need both eventually) and use either to enter the temple. Hope that helps!

Yea you'll end up having to explore the entirety of the caves, there's a couple of small puzzles... hope you have a bow and arrow with you, it'll help out for a few of those (pay attention to murals/drawings on the walls). If you get stuck on the puzzles there's a bunch of walkthroughs on the internet.
